Spirit & Soul Creations was born during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. After experiencing failed business attempts in the past, I found myself walking through a deeply frightening and uncertain time that brought me to my knees in prayer. In that season, I clung to God more than ever before, seeking peace, strength, and hope.

Through countless prayers and unwavering faith, God carried me through what became the scariest time of my life. That journey changed me completely. It reminded me that purpose matters, faith matters, and anything I build should honor Him.

Out of that experience, Spirit & Soul Creations was created — a business rooted not just in creativity, but in purpose, encouragement, and faith.

We specialize in custom apparel, faith-based gifts, keepsakes, and meaningful creations for life's special moments. From custom t-shirts and keychains to fridge magnets, bottle openers, and thoughtful gift items, every piece is designed with care and intention.

As an Army wife and a Navy mom, I also understand the pride, sacrifice, and emotional connection that comes with military life. That personal experience inspired me to create military-themed keepsakes and gifts that honor and celebrate the brave individuals who serve and the families who support them.

My Jamaican heritage is another special part of this brand. Being Jamaican inspires many of the cultural products and designs offered through Spirit & Soul Creations, allowing me to celebrate the beauty, pride, and vibrant spirit of the island through creative pieces made for Jamaicans both at home and abroad.
