Returns

We accept returns within 21 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at spiritnsoulcreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Our first priority is to make things right. Whenever possible, we will offer an exchange or store credit as the preferred resolution. Please let us know your preference when contacting us.

Refunds

Refunds are considered a last resort and are issued at our discretion after an exchange or store credit has been offered. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items made specifically for you
• Items marked as final sale
• Items returned after the 21 business day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
